Johanna Herman is a Law Clerk at Brill Immigration where she employs a strategic and client-centered approach to immigration matters. Her work includes both employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including O-1 alien of extraordinary ability, E-2 treaty investor visas, and L-1 intracompany transfers.
Ms. Herman is a graduate of Boston University School of Law. While earning her JD, she completed a legal internship at a human rights NGO, followed by completion of a legal internship at CARB-X, where she gained experience with due diligence and compliance matters. Ms. Herman has also been published in the Journal of Security and Privacy regarding the EU’s regulatory system.
Ms. Herman holds a Master of Laws in European Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas as well as a Master of Arts in English from University College London. She passed the July 2025 New York bar exam and is pending admission to the New York bar.
